How do we go about buying a house on a lower income?
Q. My fiance and I are trying to find and buy our first home. We are getting married in March and would like to have a home of our own. We are both fairly young and do not have a large income. He has taken on the responsibility of raising my two daughters with me and is our main source of income. We know there are ways out there for low income families to buy homes but have not been successful in finding those sources on our own. Rent in our area is very high so we are currently living with his parents. We would greatly appreciate all suggestions or help anyone can give us!!!!

I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,
if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,
a good place to start in my humble opinion is astraight to the point ebook with question and answer I found :

if it helps kindly remember me in your voting!.. cheers!

Is there a low-income home-buying program in Xenia, Ohio?
Q. Where I live now, there is a government program called the self-help housing program that helps low-income families to buy their own homes by giving them a low-interest loan, putting them through financial classes, ect. I was wondering if there was a similar program in Xenia, Ohio. If so, who do I contact? Thank you so much in advance!
The type of loan I am referring to is not through a bank, it is through the USDA's 502 loan.
